Short story of Benhil

Benhil dates back to 1912 and has been on the market for over 100 years as the most reliable, simple and durable filling machine.

Machine description

The packaging material passes through the guide roller and clamping mechanism between knives, which cut a reamer of a certain length; the reamer is fed to the forming matrix. The matrix forms a box and inserts into the nest of the forming carousel. The dispenser fills the box with a certain volume of product, blades wrap the pack valves, and the upper prepressing mechanism gives the briquette its final shape. The finished briquette is pushed out onto the conveyor.
